Accidental damage, cracks, tears, cuts, or broken cases.

Scratches, dents, burn marks, or impact damage.

Damage caused by chemicals, paint, ink, oils, or harsh cleaning products.

Misuse, modifications, or intentional damage.

Products purchased from unauthorised sellers.
Warranty Claim Process
To claim your warranty, email support@raxzo.in with:

Order number or purchase invoice.

2–3 clear photos showing the yellowing.

Your registered name and email address.
Our team will review your claim within 7 business days.
Replacement Terms

One free replacement is provided for each eligible product.

Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Replacement will be for the same model and colour, subject to availability. If unavailable, an equivalent RAXZO case may be provided.
